We collect the mineral-rich waters of the Indian Ocean, and let it evaporate naturally under the sun and wind, forming brine. As the brine concentrates, salt crystals begin to form which are then hand-harvested by our team before being sorted, cleaned, and packaged ready for distribution. For our flavoured salts, we source a wide variety of high-quality, organic ingredients from local farmers.
